How
to Handle a Claim
If you experience problems with your instrument(s) during the
warranty period, simply bring them with your warranty card to your
hearing professional. In many instances, your hearing professional
can diagnose the problem and make immediate corrections. For more
complex problems, your instruments may be sent to the manufacturer
or repair lab. In some cases, loaner instruments are available
while yours are being serviced.
